Today we, or rather as @msdillingham pointed out, James, John and Jon, started to rebuild our single-molecule confocal FRET microscope in our brand new, climate controlled lab space. Hopefully, due to the simple, robust design, it will be pretty straightforward to put back together! We will be videoing the whole process and making available a full parts list soon.
